Ecomify Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Ecomify and the use of its dashboards, integrations, AI tools, analytics, and campaign operations features.
Use of Ecomify
Ecomify is provided as a software service for ecommerce operators, teams, and agencies. By using Ecomify, you agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these terms and all applicable platform rules.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the actions taken through your account, and keeping your login credentials secure. If you authorize teammates or collaborators, you are responsible for managing that access appropriately.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ecomify to:
- violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or provider data
- abuse scraping, automation, or AI features in ways prohibited by connected providers
- upload malicious content, disrupt service stability, or interfere with other users
Third-party integrations
Ecomify may connect to services such as Meta, Shopify, and Apify. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Ecomify is not responsible for third-party outages, permission changes, API limits, review delays, or provider-side enforcement actions.
Beta and experimental features
Some Ecomify features may be marked as beta, preview, test, or experimental. These features may change, be limited, or be removed. They may also rely on third-party services that are still under review or limited rollout.
Availability and provider limitations
We aim to keep Ecomify available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, uninterrupted provider access, or continuous availability of every feature. Some workflows depend on external APIs, approvals, quotas, or network availability that are outside our control.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or usage limits may apply to some Ecomify features. If billing is introduced or modified, additional commercial terms may apply and will be presented through the service or in a separate order or plan agreement.
Intellectual property and service outputs
Ecomify and its software, workflows, interface, and protected materials remain the property of Ecomify and its licensors. You retain rights to your own business data and any materials you are entitled to use, subject to third-party provider rules.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, legal compliance, provider policy compliance, non-payment, or misuse of the service. You may stop using Ecomify at any time and request deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.
Changes to the service and terms
Ecomify may update, improve, suspend, or retire parts of the service over time. We may also update these terms when needed. Continued use of Ecomify after changes take effect means the updated terms apply, unless a different acceptance process is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecomify is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of business outcomes. Ecomify is not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost ad spend, provider account restrictions, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
